Looking for acquisition or JV in the electronic hospitality and leisure service market

We are a Dutch SME specialized in solutions for the hospitality en leisure industry, from security related products to complete audio visual installations, such as:

- signage and hospitality TV solutions,

- audio solutions,

- telecommunication solutions, like: telephone systems, network, WiFi and cloud solutions.

- security systems, like: alarm systems, CCTV and emergency lighting.

- lighting solutions.

Apart from providing products and (technical) support, we provide the hotel and leisure branch with consultancy services.

We are interested in an acquisition agreement or a joint venture agreement.

The purpose of a joint venture is that if there is a company with a new product that has potential and fits in our proposition, we would market the new product together with the developing company.

We are willing to draw an acquisition agreement, that entitles the developing company for a minority share in their company.
