We are specialized in the production of cured meat by processing, in a traditional way, the meat of a native pig species, the Calabrian black pigs. Our black pigs are raised outdoors and feed with deriving from grazing and are also integrated with grains, legumes, and bran.
We do not use preservatives and additives.
Our main products are: sausages, "guanciale", "soppressata", "pancetta" (similar to bacon) and "capocollo".
We are looking for distributors and commercial agents specialized in gastronomic sales.
