We provide digital cloud-based solutions in condition based maintenance (CBM) of rotating machinery, applied primarily in manufacturing industry. Our ultimate purpose is to eliminate the human effect as much as possible from the monitoring and controlling processes, that is, to design autonomous systems through digitizing the production. CBM is applied through vibration analysis for predictive maintenance in process industry, by early detection of mechanical faults (in bearings, gears, rotors, shafts, impellers, blades and etc.) in rotating machinery to prevent downtime in production.
The product utilizes a data acquisition system that is entirely digital thus compatible with cloud-based systems, namely, Micro-ElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) accelerometer.
We are interested in exporting such vibration analysis products and help developing other solutions in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. We seek distributorship agreements with small and medium sized enterprises.
