German grilling and cooking appliance for the odourless and fat-free preparation

We developed a newly developed fat-free - odorless grill and cooking automat for the preparation of sausages, chips, burger patties, and other finger food and snack products.

It is a solution that can be used where conventional grills and fryers cannot be used, e.g. leisure clubs, company canteens, bakeries, petrol stations, etc.

The automated appliance consumes less energy than existing solutions in fast food restaurants (conventional grills and deep fryers) and is also equipped with plasma filter technology, which enables fat-free grilling, cooking and baking, so the appliance can be installed without any external filter system.

In addition, product marking (company logo on the bratwurst) is possible, so that the device can be used for marketing purposes as well, e.g. on an exhibition.
