Manufacturer of wood modular houses seeks partners (distribution or manufact. agreement)

We are a Lithuanian manufacturer of key ready modular houses, site huts and temporary buildings.

Our production includes all installations, interior and exterior finishing and furniture if needed.

The houses can be made in accordance with customer specifications and specific regulatory requirements. They are made from Swedish and Estonian fir wood with insulation of stone wool.

Modular houses are time-saving because it takes less time to build compared to a regular house. Moreover, it is a cheaper solution.

We would like to sell modular houses abroad and are looking forward to continued cooperation under a distribution service agreement. A potential distributor can be real estate company or construction company. We can also work under manufacturing agreements and produce modular houses upon request.

We are looking for partners in the Nordics and UK.
