OFFER: structural components combining pine wood and wood-based boards

We produce glued timber components for use in construction and furniture manufacturing. We are focused on ensuring stable sources of supply to partners from the construction and furniture industry.

We developed door components combining pine timber and wood-based medium-density fibre (MDF) and high-density fibre (HDF) boards. The composite structure of these innovative solutions brings together the advantages of both materials. The inner core made of glued pine wood is properly rigid, while MDF board lining facilitates surface machining, thanks to which veneer application is much easier. Doors produced in this technology are much lighter and more rigid than all-MDF doors.

The described solution is our patented technology; we are a Polish company certified FSC.
