Our range of pecorino is wide:

* Ancient Tuscan dairy traditional pecorino: fresh, aged for 2 or 4 months, matured in cellars on wood boards for 12 months

* Flavored pecorino: truffle, chili, ginger, blueberries, pear or pistachio

The products are suitable for different types of markets (from delicatessen specialized shops to retail chains).
