We are a Turkish designer and manufacturer of dough rolling machines down to 0.07 mm of thickness, used in the bakery sector. The machine has 6 units: preliminary station, dough thinning station, main conveyor amyluming, phyllo wrapper, freckles unit (water cooling and heating). We have a manufacturing capacity of 70-80 machines per year. The machine has CE marking.
We make two types of machines. One has capacity of 55-60kg/h, weight of 1300kg, dimensions L: 372cm, H:148cm, W: 141cm, and required total power of 10kw. The other has capacity of 35-40kg/h, weight of 1050kg, dimensions L: 270cm, H: 164cm, W: 141cm, and required total power of 10kw.
When we sell a machine (in Turkey or abroad), the technical staff and the baklava master go to the customer and give the technical training and teach the key points of rolling dough.
We are looking for distributor partners to expand our market in Europe and beyond.
