Our pasta is made only of legumes flour.
3 different shapes available, each with a specific legume: red lentils caserecce, chickpea fusilli and green pea maccheroni.
The production is free from genetically modified organisms and there are no added thickeners or preservatives.
This kind of pasta is suitable for athletes for its important energy supply, for those who are intolerant to gluten or for those who want to take fewer carbohydrates, preferring vegetable proteins.
The organic flours are made in Italy and hand made in the laboratory.
Currently, we are selling our pasta only in Italy, but we would like to sell also in the European Union and we are looking for distributors specialized in the food sector.
