Our company started to produce olive oil at the beginning of '900.
The extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from the coratina and peranzana varieties of olives, selected and processed using the traditional method of cold pressing. The olives are crushed between granite grindstones, grinding slowly to ensure a perfectly smooth and even pasted. The extra virgin olive oil is certified 100% Made in Italy.
We have created a kind of oil called Fumo, an olive oil cold-smoked with natural wood. The oil is smoked in the mill using only natural wood, shelf-life is increased to 24 months.
We produce also organic and aromatic oils like lemon, celery, chili, and ginger.
Moreover, we introduced a line of bottles of oil, handmade by Apulian ceramists, creating a limited edition.
