Looking for an investor in a hotel in Lithuania (financial agreement)

We are a company from Lithuania and we are developing a real estate project (3-star family hotel). The hotel is based in the second largest city of Lithuania: Kaunas. The hotel will have 12 rooms, a conference hall, a rooftop bar. At this moment of the hotel development process, we have already a strong team of experts from architecture and interior design, business processes and financial planning, business management, hotel business consulting, construction maintenance, marketing and public relations fields, an architecture plan and full business plan. The hotel construction starts at Q2 2019.

We are looking for an investor and we are offering a financial agreement.
