We make our food according to the traditional method: dry salting and traditional cold smoking by hanging, without the employment chemical product. The only ingredients used are fish, salt, cane sugar, beechwood smoke, and spices.
In order to guarantee high quality, all stages of the production process, from procurement to delivery, are tracked and subjected to sanitary and laboratory checks.
