Looking for manufacturer of grey iron castings

We are a Swedish producer of gear driven drilling machines and mill/drills. We are looking for a subcontractor (from Eastern Europe) to manufacture small size (3-55 kg) grey iron castings. The supplier should have most of these technical requirements:

• Manufacturing of small size iron castings 3-55 kg.

• Material EN-GJL-200 should be the main raw material used in the casting.

• Tolerance requirements +/- 0,15mm

• Hand molding or mechanized molding using resin sand or green sand.

• Typical batch size per item per year is 500 to 1000 pieces.

• Capability of core manufacture.

• Own painting facilities for primary painting

• Own pre-machining and final machining facilities

• Capability to manufacture patterns is preferred.

• Certified quality and environmental systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
