Spanish SME offering machine for manufacturing COVID19 surgical masks at industrial scale

We are active in the area of electronics and industrial automation. We have developed an innovative machine, fully automatic, capable of manufacturing surgical-type masks, with up to 4 layers of protection and with ultrasonic welding systems for the assembly of the mask.

The production capacity can be 60 or 120 units per minute (depending on the model), which allows reaching figures of over 15 or 30 million per month.

In addition, the design stands out for being a modular and expandable solution according to the required production speed and the desired degree of automation, which complies with European regulations on safety at work (CE) and with European standards of quality and durability.

We are interested in partnering with industrial partners (manufacturing of disposable products, but not closed to other industrial partners) for commercial agreements with technical assistance.
