We perform operations of milling, turning, EDM (electrical discharge machining), drilling, reaming, heat treatment, and reconditioning of unique parts and small series of high complexity. We also perform a series of operations by processing on classic machines and heat treatments, such as cutting, turning, milling, mortising, toothed and chain gears, plan/round grinding.
Plus, we replicate the parts according to the model; creation of 3D models and documentation - RLV CAD (computer- aided design).
We can turn parts with max diameter = 800, and Lmax =3000mm.
On the CNC lathe it can turn parts with max diameter = 260, and Lmax = 600mm.
The XYZ strokes for the 3-axis milling cutter are 754x500x500mm.
The XYZ strokes for the 5-axis milling cutter are 533x406x483mm.
The maximum weight of the parts that we can execute is 300kg, heat treatments up to 1280 c.
